Frederic De Rougemont, Chief Executive Officer

Frederic de Rougemont has been CEO of USG Boral since February 2014. Previously, he served as CEO of Boral Gypsum Asia since 2009 and spent 20 years at Lafarge in various senior roles, including managing the cement, ready-mix concrete and aggregates businesses in South Africa, the cement business in South Korea, as well as Senior Vice President of Research & Development.  Before Lafarge, Mr. de Rougemont was a scientific researcher for the French National Research Centre and a post-doctorate researcher with IBM Research Labs in the USA. He holds a PhD in Physical Sciences from France’s University of Orsay.

Nicholas Zammit CA, Chief Financial Officer

Nicholas Zammit has been CFO of USG Boral since May 2019.  Previously, he was with Boral Limited for 5 years as Group Controller and Corporate Finance Manager, being responsible for financial reporting, financial planning and analytics, technical accounting compliance and advisory for operations across Australia, Asia and the US. He also spent 11 years with KPMG specialising in audit and advisory services in the Industrial and Consumer Markets sectors.

Mr. Zammit graduated from Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia with a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and is qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand.

Regis Humbert, Acting Chief Technology Officer

Regis Humbert has been the Acting Chief Technology Officer of USG Boral since August 2020.

Mr Humbert has previously served in many senior roles with USG Boral, most recently Vice President Manufacturing for South Asia, the Middle East, Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, he had been Manufacturing Director for Thailand, Vietnam, India, Indonesia and Malaysia, and Plant Manager in Cilegon, Indonesia.

With a career spanning nearly 25 years, Mr Humbert has held multiple roles within the company in Europe and North America since the start of his career with Lafarge, France in 1997. Mr Humbert holds a Master’s in Chemical Engineering and Master’s in Chemistry from France’s ESCOM and UTC.

Tony Charnock, Senior Vice President, Asia Pacific

Tony Charnock has been Senior Vice President of USG Boral Asia Pacific since early 2014. He is responsible for the businesses in Australia, New Zealand, Indonesia, The Philippines, Malaysia and Singapore. Mr. Charnock also serves as Chairman of Rondo Building Services Pty Ltd and Director of Gypsum Resources Australia Pty Ltd — both of which are joint venture businesses with CSR Limited. Prior to the formation of USG Boral, Mr. Charnock led Boral Plasterboard in Australia for four years and has more than fifteen years of experience in the broader construction industry, including senior leadership roles in Boral’s construction materials business, managing asphalt, concrete, quarry and logistics portfolios. He was responsible for the development of Boral’s construction materials recycling business, led the team responsible for the development of Boral’s Sydney quarry, logistics strategy, as well as the discovery and approval of Peppertree Quarry. Mr. Charnock completed his MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management and holds a Bachelor of Mining (First Class Honors) from The University of Wollongong and the Australian Institute of Company of Director’s Certificate.

Linda Wong, Senior Vice President, General Counsel

Linda Wong has been SVP General Counsel of USG Boral since December 2016. Prior to this she was Chief General Counsel of Kimberly Clark Asia Pacific. She also served in various Regional General Counsel  roles with Unilever. She has close to 30 years of corporate commercial experience. Her vast corporate experience span from Asia Pacific to Central Eastern Europe, Africa and Middle East.

She started her career in United Kingdom in private practice before joining Unilever in the london head quarters and later moved to Singapore with regional management. She holds Bachelors and Masters of Laws from University of London and is called to the Bar in England and Wales.

Jia Huey Ng, Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communication

Jia Huey Ng has been the Senior Vice President, Human Resources and Communication of USG Boral since August 2020. Ms Ng has been with the company for several years where she has accountability for human capital.

Before USG Boral, Ms Ng worked in a variety of industry sectors including Fast-moving Consumer Goods, Business Consulting, Non-Profit and Singapore Government where she held various leadership positions to drive strategic and transformational changes.

Ms Ng holds a Bachelor of Business from the National University of Singapore.

Gregory Lukasik, Senior Vice President of China, India, Vietnam and Central Market Strategy Support

Gregory Lukasik has been the Senior Vice President of USG Boral China, India, Vietnam and Central Market Strategy Support since January 2021.

Mr Lukasik has been based in several countries and served as the CEO for China, Country Manager for Vietnam, and CEO for India. Prior to USG Boral, Mr Lukasik spent more than 10 years at Lafarge in various senior roles, including as Vice President for the Metals business in Europe, Division Senior Strategy Manager for South Europe, South and North America, and as the Director of E-Commerce for North America.

Mr. Lukasik holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The Wharton School of Business, University of Pennsylvania. He also holds a Master of Architecture and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture from the University of California, Berkeley.

Chroong Kanjchanapoomi, Senior Vice President of Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore

Chroong Kanjchanapoomi has been the Senior Vice President of USG Boral Thailand, Malaysia and Singapore since January 2021. Prior to this, he served as the General Manager of USG Boral group of companies in Thailand.

Before USG Boral, Mr. Kanjchanapoomi began his career with Unilever Thailand and had worked for leading international companies including Coca-Cola International, Shell, Akzo Nobel Paints, Tesco Lotus, and G4S Secure Solutions. He has more than 20 years of experience in general management across a wide variety of industries ranging from consumer goods to industrial products and services.

Mr Kanjchanapoomi holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Oregon and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Oregon State University.
