SSF28 Fire Rating 1 Hour Optimum - Fiberock

Introduction

This partition system developed to meet the requirements of Fire Resistant up to 1 hours (FRL -/60/60). Supported by Impactstop, water resistance and Mold resistance performances.

Suitable to applied at:

  • Hotel Corridor
  • Apartment partition wall.
  • Bathroom
  • Hospital
  • Any other area that require Fire Resistance, Impact Stop, Water Resistance and Mold Resistance performance.

Supporting Material:

  • Frame: JayaBMS Wall Track, JayaBMS C Stud (Thickness min. 0,5mm BMT), JayaBMS Deflection Head Track
  • Lining: 1 layer  of Jayaboard Sheetrock 12mm (inner) + 1 layer of USG Fiberock Aqua-Tough 12,7mm  (outer) (2 sides).
  • Jointing: JayaCompound as Jayaboard recommendation.

  • All the materials above calculated based on a room with a size of (3 x 33.33m).  Another room sizes should be considered further.
  • Stud frame gap max. of 600mm.
  • All the materials above needs to be reconfirmed by the Contractor / Applicators regarding bookings material inquiry order.
  • Exclude waste material.

Impact Insulation Class (IIC):

A numerical evaluation of a floor/ceiling assembly’s effectiveness in retarding the transmission of impact sound, also determined from laboratory testing. IIC is tested per ASTM E492 and rated per ASTM E989
