Wet Area Sealcote – USG Boral

USG Boral Wet Area SealCote is a paintable water resistant sealer used for sealing the face of Wet Area Plasterboard in tiled wet areas.

Physical Properties
  • Colour: Grey 
  • Working time: Drying Type – min. 24 hours drying time. 
  • Packaging: 1 litre and 4 litre tub. 
  • VOC: Less than 50 grams per litre.
Applications
  • Surfaces must be clean and free from dust-free.
  • Waterproof all joints, penetrations and fastener heads with two liberal coats of Wet Area SealCote.
  • Minimum of two coats.
  • Suitable for shower recesses, laundries and other wet areas.
  • Suitable for wet area rated boards such as USG Boral Wet Area plasterboard.
