Job Description

  • Work with due care & considerations to safeguard our health, safety & environment related to our activities, complying with related company regulations 
  • Managing people by Train and motivate all employees to ensure performance objectives are achieved and to allow sufficient skills for future changes in personnel
  • Make sure SFC and SFC QP at all station are consistent inputted, (mixer station by mixer oprt & cover by foreman).
  • Make sure all reporting made by operator is valid and sign it before production officer do input data.
  • Making planning for production maintenance activities.
  • Control material usage Vs Recipe. (to support Production officer & supported by process engineer).
  • Monitor closely the daily activities in production line to get best performance as objective Plant. In-term of Process Production, Quality Product and down time plant.
  • Make sure and monitor for the housekeeping and tidiness activities in plant was implemented well.

 

Qualification

  • Possess at least a Diploma (D3) in Chemical/ Industrial/ Mechanical/ Electrical engineering/ Production Management 
  • Have 5 years experience in the manufacturing process, preferably in plasterboard manufacturing.
  • Able to organize group of people and systems
  • Good communication & leadership skills
  • Ability to analyse technical problems, de-bottleneck process & troubleshoot problems
  • Good understanding of the ISO system 
  • Good level of computer literacy
