Mechanic Engineer (For Cilegon Plant)

Job Description

  • Work with due care & considerations to safeguard our health, safety & environment related to our activities, complying with related company regulations.
  • Check the daily machine efficiency and equipment downtime.
  • Define and propose to Maintenance manager the corrective and improvement action plans to improve overall machine efficiency.
  • Plan and execute PM task to achieve the best equipment performance.
  • Prepare the annual maintenance,  monitor, and propose detailed action plans.
  • Motivate, train, and develop the skills of mechanics.
  • Propose to Maintenance manager to organize the manpower to best suit the maintenance efficiency.

 

Qualification

  • Possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering(Mechanical) or equivalent
  • Have 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing facility, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Have good communication aptitude and English proficiency
  • Possess leadership skill 
  • Willing to work in Cilegon
