Job Description

  • Responsible to maintain Digital Platform
  • Responsible to manage complaints from customer and help customer to solve their problems
  • Helpdesk for all problem within Digital Platform
  • Establishing maintaining and expanding your customer base
  • Maintain relationship with customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Possess at least Bachelor Degree, all major.
  • Having minimum of 2 years experience as Helpdesk/tellemarketing/call center/customer service
  • Good presentation and communication skill
  • Highly motivated and dedicated in service
  • Have skills in planning, organizing, controlling, and action
  • Able to perform well under pressure and ability to handle objection
  • Integrity and honest
  • Have knowledge and experience in customer service
  • Persistence and customer focus
  • Computer literacy, especially Microsoft Excell skill
