Job Description

  • Establish and develop action plans for Durock system promotion to achieve the strategic target.
  • Analyse monthly & yearly architectural sales activities and market information, and report.
  • Evaluate an action-oriented segmentation of customers in order to supply the adequate technical information of Durock exterior wall and ceiling system to the customer’ projects for specification.
  • Analyse the competition of our products and system in order to check the level of customers’ satisfaction
  • Improve the service tools and system to ensure easy approach to customer’s mind.
  • Meet the customer’s need in all service areas.
  • Set up the database of Durock project information and facilitate the communication with other teams (especially architectural sales, project sales, category management, training center)

 

Qualification

  • Hold at least Bachelor Degree of Architecture, Interior Design, or Equivalent.
  • Have at least 5 years of working experience in building material industries or similar industry.
  • Experienced and knowlegeadble on exterior wall or system industries (such as fibre cement, pre-casting concrete wall, glass curtain wall or exterior aluminium cladding wall)
  • Experienced in project managements.
  • Good understanding on building environment 
  • Good level of MS Office tool utilization skills
  • Advanced level of English (Reading, Writing, Speaking, and Understanding)
